CAP Debt Centre
With a small donation and big faith, John Kirkby, from Bradford, started Christians Against Poverty in 1996.
Keighley CAP Debt Centre opened in May 2016. Our Centre has received many referrals- 50 clients are now debt free and others are working towards this.
Our Debt Centre Manager, Duncan Green runs the service supported by a team of volunteers. Duncan is employed by the Parish of Keighley and trained by CAP to undertake the debt advice work. He leads our team of volunteers.
If you would like to know more or volunteer, contact Duncan at email@example.com

CLiKS offers information about the Christian faith in Primary Schools in Keighley and district. We are a charity depending on charitable donations. We employ a schools worker, Nikita Evans (currently furloughed while schools are shut). We are ecumenical and are a Local Mission Partner of Scripture Union.
There are three major events a year; Rewind to Christmas for year 4s, Rewind to Easter for year 5s and Fast Forward. Working with volunteers drawn from most Keighley churches we use drama, craft, quiz, video and reflection to tell the story. Fast Forward in the summer term is for year 6 pupils facing the big jump to High School. The Easter and Christmas events have brought in over 500 children from 15 Keighley schools. Both children and teachers love these programmes.
In school we offer assemblies, scripture clubs, drama and support of the clergy. We are developing the Bible Society programme Open the Book which tells a bible story in a school assembly.
We want all the children of Keighley to know the main stories of Jesus. Please support us. We need trustees, volunteers, finance and prayer.

Airedale Methodist Circuit
The Airedale Circuit was born in September 2009 from the former Keighley & Worth Valley, South Craven and Shipley & Bingley Circuits.
There are 19 Churches throughout the Circuit and we invite you to explore them through our website or even better in person.
God is at the heart of all we do within our Circuit. Through worship, prayer and action we aim to spread the Gospel message of God’s love for his creation and share the stories of Jesus and his impact upon our lives. The Spirit is nudging and prompting us in all we do.
God bless and we look forward to meeting with you face to face.
