Policies at The Parish of Keighley

The Parish of Keighley strives to have policies which are consistent and aligned with the our Christian ethos and values. We ensure that all of our policies reflect the values of the Parish: seeking, sharing and growing, whilst promoting equity, fairness, and respect for all staff, volunteers and members of the parish. By working closely with the clergy team and the PCC, we have ensured that our policies do not unlawfully discriminate against anybody.

At the Parish of Keighley, we have a rigorous policy approval cycle, which goes through our clergy for first stage approval and then to the PCC to be formally voted on and agreed. We always welcome feedback, therefore the Parish of Keighley takes the view that all policies are live working documents and as such may be updated at any time.

Please find below all of the policies at the Parish of Keighley. These policies apply to all Clergy employed by the diocese who work for the Parish of Keighley, MA’s, employees, volunteers and members of the congregation.

If you have any questions about our policies please email office@keighleyparish.org.
